Our three tiers run $3,200, $6,500, and $12,000 per month. The Foundation tier is single-focus work (around 20 advisory hours). The Growth tier covers multi-track support with up to 45 hours and includes analytics dashboards. The Enterprise tier is unlimited hours with embedded advisory and interim management. We'll help you figure out which tier fits during a free scoping call — and you can switch tiers at any time.
Day one is a 90-minute intake session where we meet your leadership team, review your current state, and ask a lot of questions. By day three, you'll receive a written engagement plan with specific deliverables, milestones, and a timeline. By day five, work is underway. We don't believe in long "discovery phases" that produce a report about what we'll eventually do. We start doing.
Your lead advisor is assigned during the scoping call and stays with you for the entire engagement. They're a senior-level professional, not a junior associate who needs to "check with the partner." Depending on your tier and scope, you may also work with specialized team members — a workforce analytics lead, an audit advisor, or a project manager — but your primary point of contact stays the same throughout.
Yes. Thirty days' written notice, and you're out. No penalty, no "early termination" clause, no hurt feelings. We've had exactly four cancellations in 13 years — three because the client's firm was acquired, and one because they hired a full-time internal team (using the governance framework we built for them, which we considered a win). We keep clients by producing results, not by trapping them in paper.
About 30% of our clients are outside Edmonton — some in Calgary, Red Deer, and other Alberta cities, and a few across Canada. Our project management platforms, video check-in cadences, and shared cloud dashboards make remote collaboration work smoothly. For Enterprise-tier clients outside Edmonton, we include quarterly on-site visits in the scope.

You pay less, you wait less, and you see what's happening in your engagement without scheduling a meeting to ask.
We specialize in professional firms and service-based companies — law firms, accounting practices, engineering consultancies, healthcare clinics, IT service providers, and similar organizations. Our frameworks, vendor assessments, and performance systems are designed for knowledge-work environments where the primary asset is people and the primary cost is time. If your firm bills by the hour or retainer, we probably speak your language.
We use modern project management software for engagement tracking, cloud-based business intelligence tools for workforce analytics and dashboards, and secure document management platforms for knowledge base repositories and deliverable storage. Everything is web-based, accessible from any device, and shared with your team in real time. We don't use email attachments for deliverables — ever. If it's not in the shared workspace, it doesn't exist.
